This home last sold on Nov. 16, 2020 for $125,000.

So far in December 2021, two properties sold in Groesbeck.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 8230 Royal Heights Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stacey M Monahan, 46, and Nicholas M Monahan, 40.
