Rising home prices in Mount Healthy Heights in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $37,800 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,750 - a 42% increase over the $89,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in November 2020.
