White Oak median home prices fell by 1.1% in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in White Oak fell by $1,450 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,550 - a 1.1% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in White Oak in November 2020.
