Home prices increased in Deer Park during November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Deer Park rose by $48,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 36.4% increase over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Deer Park in November 2020.
