Home prices increased in Reading during November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Reading rose by $24,500 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,500 - a 13.2% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Reading in November 2020.
