How did home prices perform in Kenwood during November 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Kenwood rose by $162,503 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $530,000 - a 44.2% increase over the $367,498 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Kenwood in November 2020.
