This home last sold on June 5, 2018 for $187,000.

So far in December 2021, 13 properties sold in Norwood.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 5105 Marion Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Wade T Pyles, 37, and Ashley N McCain, 34.
