This home last sold for $31,200 on Nov. 17, 2008.

So far in December 2021, 12 properties sold in Forest Park.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Larry D Franklin, 43, was the only registered voter residing at 11421 Folkstone Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
