On Dec. 2, Kite Vincent Properties LLC purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 223 N. Cooper Ave., Lockland from Joseph Korner (trustee) and Esther E. (trustee) for $150,000.

This property is one of three sales so far in Lockland in December 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 223 N. Cooper Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Debra Lee Robbins, 68, Mark Thomas Lane, 33, Eric M Given, 32, and John Wayne Abney, 48.
