4814 Oak St., Norwood purchased by Amanda M. Gelter

On Dec. 20, Amanda M. Gelter purchased a property at 4814 Oak St., Norwood from Christopher R. Downs for $156,000.

So far in December 2021, 10 properties sold in Norwood.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Shane Andrew Taylor, 29, was the only registered voter residing at 4814 Oak St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
