The property at 6550 Mariemont Ave., Mariemont was sold on Dec. 20 by Gregory R Waugh and G McLeod Holly for $1,100,000. The buyers were Mark and Ashley Shelton.

This property last sold for $870,000 on July 20, 2020.

So far in December 2021, six properties sold in Mariemont.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6550 Mariemont Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Heather Ciara Vough, 41, and Lee Joseph Black, 43.
