The property at 34 Beckford Drive, Greenhills was sold on Dec. 29 by Elizabeth K. W. Baker (trustee) for $225,000. The buyer was Ruquiayah U Hamilton.

So far in December 2021, eight properties sold in Greenhills.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Elizabeth K Baker (89) has been registered to vote since 1989.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
