The last time this home sold was Feb. 5, 2014. It last sold for $90,000.

So far in December 2021, five properties sold in Dillonvale.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, David Douglas Valenti (33) has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
