What happened to the median home price in North College Hill during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in North College Hill rose by $26,500 while total sales increased by 4.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,500 - a 27.3% increase over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in North College Hill in the second half of 2020.
