How did home prices perform in Norwood during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Norwood rose by $15,750 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 217 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 9% increase over the $174,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 228 homes sold in Norwood in the second half of 2020.
