How did home prices perform in Fairfax during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Fairfax rose by $88,000 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,500 - a 54.5% increase over the $161,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Fairfax in the second half of 2020.
