The second half of 2021: Home prices in Blue Ash increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Blue Ash rose by $20,750 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,750 - a 8.3% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 109 homes sold in Blue Ash in the second half of 2020.
