Rising home prices in Mariemont in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mariemont rose by $16,500 while total sales increased by 63.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $403,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Mariemont in the second half of 2020.
