Home prices increased in Cincinnati during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $24,900 while total sales increased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 4,706 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,900 - a 16.6% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 3,943 homes sold in Cincinnati in 2020.
