Rising home prices in Sycamore Township in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Sycamore Township rose by $1,250 while total sales increased by 11.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 149 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $176,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 134 homes sold in Sycamore Township in 2020.
