What happened to the median home price in Kenwood during 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Kenwood rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $340,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Kenwood in 2020.
