2021: Madeira experienced a 15.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Madeira rose by $49,900 while total sales increased by 1.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 175 homes sold, with a median sale price of $366,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $316,100 median sale price for the previous year. There were 173 homes sold in Madeira in 2020.
