2021: Home prices in Indian Hill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Indian Hill rose by $260,888 while total sales increased by 4.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,227,663 - a 27% increase over the $966,775 median sale price for the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Indian Hill in 2020.
