On Jan. 10, Christina Sarah Lynn Sparks purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 995 Havensport Drive, Forest Park from Cesar A. Xirum Velasquez for $190,360.

This home last sold on Oct. 15, 2018 for $124,000.

So far in January 2022, six properties sold in Forest Park.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 995 Havensport Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lartarsha Ann Gadson, 42, and Raysean M Gadson, 24.
