Pricing for the median home in Finneytown decreased during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Finneytown fell by $9,550 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,950 - a 5.3% decrease over the $179,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Finneytown in the fourth quarter of 2020.
