The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Norwood increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Norwood rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,500 - a 14.7% increase over the $170,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Norwood in the fourth quarter of 2020.
