Median home prices in Glendale fell to $223,000 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Glendale fell by $102,875 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 31.6% decrease over the $325,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Glendale in the fourth quarter of 2020.
