Blue Ash median home prices rose by 5.3% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Blue Ash rose by $12,100 while total sales decreased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $229,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Blue Ash in the fourth quarter of 2020.
