The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Indian Hill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Indian Hill rose by $70,000 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,182,500 - a 6.3% increase over the $1,112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Indian Hill in the fourth quarter of 2020.
