What happened to the median home price in Mount Healthy during December 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Mount Healthy rose by $7,000 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mount Healthy in December 2020.
