Median home prices in Mariemont rose to $423,000 in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Mariemont rose by $79,500 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $423,000 - a 23.1% increase over the $343,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mariemont in December 2020.
