On Jan. 12, Michelle Gremon purchased a property at 2765 Cornwall Drive, Northbrook from Michael T. and Carlisa E. Waldman for $185,000.

So far in January 2022, four properties sold in Northbrook.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Carlisa Waldman has been registered to vote since 2012. Michael T Waldman has been registered to vote since 1992.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2765 Cornwall Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carlisa Waldman, 51, Alexandra P Waldman, 30, and Michael T Waldman, 50.
