On Jan. 10, Sydney and William Kohlbrand Trame purchased a four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1715 Dallas Ave., N. College Hill from Patricia Booker for $193,000.

This home last sold on Feb. 25, 2021 for $80,000.

So far in January 2022, eight properties sold in North College Hill.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1715 Dallas Ave., N. College Hill as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrew K Steele, 23, Jalen Anthony Steele, 29, and Sean D Steele, 45.
