On Jan. 14, Anthony C Brotherton and Jessica Goodpastor sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 7344 Elizabeth St., Mount Healthy to Donald Erika L. for $168,000.

So far in January 2022, six properties sold in Mount Healthy.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jessica Lauren Goodpastor has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 7344 Elizabeth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brandon James Barekman, 28, Sarah Anne Endress, 30, Jessica Lauren Goodpastor, 37, and Jeffrey Daniel Martin, 35.
