This home last sold for $153,000 on March 29, 2017.

This property is one of six sales so far in St. Bernard in January 2022.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Stephen Robert Rienecke has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4404 Sullivan Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stephen Robert Rienecke, 38, and Bonny Ann Rienecke, 36.
