The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1844 Courtland Ave., Norwood was sold on Feb. 8 by Larkins Ventures LLC for $260,000. The buyer was Joseph I Arellano.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 3, 2021. It last sold for $158,000.

So far in February 2022, five properties sold in Norwood.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Niesha C Thomas, 39, was the only registered voter residing at 1844 Courtland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
