January 2022: Home prices in Woodlawn fell

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Woodlawn fell by $11,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,000 - a 11.2% decrease over the $102,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Woodlawn in January 2021.
