Pricing for the median home in Golf Manor decreased during January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Golf Manor fell by $7,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 4.3% decrease over the $169,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Golf Manor in January 2021.
