The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Springfield Township rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 26.9% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Springfield Township in January 2021.
