Glendale median home prices fell by 6.6% in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Glendale fell by $15,710 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,290 - a 6.6% decrease over the $237,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Glendale in January 2021.
