January 2022: Anderson Township experienced a 9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Anderson Township rose by $22,600 while total sales decreased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,500 - a 9% increase over the $249,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Anderson Township in January 2021.
