Montgomery median home prices rose by 17.5% in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Montgomery rose by $70,000 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 - a 17.5% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Montgomery in January 2021.
