Terrace Park home prices rose in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Terrace Park rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $780,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $725,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Terrace Park in January 2021.
