The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 50 Chestnut Ave., Wyo. was sold on Feb. 18 by Lions Remodeling LLC for $410,000. The buyers were Lillie Patrick and Elizabeth Reilly.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 26, 2021. It last sold for $180,000.

So far in February 2022, eight properties sold in Wyoming.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 50 Chestnut Ave., Wyo. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Victor J Rozier, 58, Sarah J Copeland, 84, Carol Jean Leonard, 58, and Christopher Venor Leonard, 29.
