Median home prices in St. Bernard fell to $114,000 in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in St. Bernard fell by $103,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,000 - a 47.5% decrease over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in St. Bernard in February 2021.
