Home prices increased in Mount Healthy Heights during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $32,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,000 - a 25.6% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in February 2021, as well.
