Pricing for the median home in Reading increased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Reading rose by $38,900 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,900 - a 25.9% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Reading in February 2021.
