What happened to the median home price in Loveland (Hamilton County) during February 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $70,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,200 - a 58.7% increase over the $119,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Loveland in February 2021.
