Pricing for the median home in Silverton increased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Silverton rose by $82,250 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,750 - a 48.5% increase over the $169,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Silverton in February 2021.
