What happened to the median home price in Kenwood during February 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Kenwood rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Kenwood in February 2021.
